I don’t think people have any idea how hard that job in broadcasting is.
Look at small college or regionally televised games and notice the massive quality difference between them and say Kevin Harlan.
There’s no script, you have to fill all the dead air and keep the show entertaining off the top of your head. It’s not some teleprompter speech like the nightly news.
Bring back Goldie!

You only like Anik because thats all you’ve heard for the last 10 years…ill never forget one of Aniks first cards…it was Maynard vs Guida…horrible fight…Maynard was pissed Guida wouldn’t engage…he went full Greg Jackson that fight…Anik thought Maynards frustration was a great fight

I always like Goldie and Joe. Just like Mauro and Bas in Pride. It’s a tough gig, but their chemistry made it enjoyable.
None for the current announcers have that.

I miss Goldie. But for nostalgia reasons, not because he was great at commentary.
I’d still prefer him over the little gambling addict.
And him and Rogan worked well. When he’d get biased or hyper focused on story lines and not what was actually happening Joe would check him, because Joe knew the dynamic was that Goldie was a professional broadcaster and he was the fight guy. Now when it’s Joe plus DC Joe let’s himself fanboy out and him and DC will miss what’s actually transpiring trying to pitch a narrative
If I’m being honest I don’t miss anybody because I don’t even watch anymore. I’ve seen 2 complete cards in the last 6 years and watched McGregor Porier main event only at a casino
