Having seen someone in real life get KO’d and then split their head open when they hit the concrete it always makes me cringe when I see fight vids on concrete.

I’ve been there also, the sound it makes stays with you, and when my friend did it the guy was in a coma for 23 days.
He was beating up his girlfriend 30metres away from where we were working
