Something “Ground” makes sense given existing names.
Something starting with U means it can still be called the UG.
Only downside to “Ultimate” is it sounds kinda fruity and it might not be obvious to new users that it is for MMA.
If the UG bit isn’t important, MMAGround makes sense.
MMA Zone has to go though.

Ultimate does sound weird and ambiguous but for new users - the word is eye catching and is something that might get their attention. “Ultimate Ground - what the hell is that?”

I agree, sometimes the simplest is the most effective. We’ve already had to deviate the OG to becoming OnlyGround which is fine but don’t want to make this site too cheesy all around.
Another point is how closely do we need to align ourselves with the old site since they’ve fucked us over in the worst way?
I say move on from the UG. Fuck’em.

UnGrounded with an mma themed logo of a silhouette of a fighter with three limbs touching the ground or something or whatever represents the rule today for an ungrounded opponent.
Umbrage Ground is probably the only one I haven’t seen yet but it’s not great.

I love the MMA Zone name. For all the reasons people love and hate it. I like the cheesy Bruce Buffer introness.
Its like the duality of walking to the ring for a fight. The pageantry of a celebrated most honorable bloodbath or execution. The lifting the veil or facade of human divinity. Back down to the core of our animalistic instincts, or survival nature.
The euphoria of gentle comedy before a planned physical confrontation, a fistfight, the tragedy of putting all of the chips of your soul on the table and coming up short, or the glory of victory and honor of champion.
The MMA Zone is where that all happens.
