Her line of logic is incredible to watch.
She was definitely going to retire undefeated and made a focus of her first book around that, but in reality she knew she couldn’t do that and had to fight until she lost because otherwise the entire woman’s MMA would collapse, but also she would have remained undefeated but didn’t have enough time to train because of the huge promotional load she was carrying and really the only reason she got knocked out is because of the huge amount of concussions she’d sustained which she hid during her MMA career …and later her WWE career which she had no reason to do given the amount of money she’d made during her MMA career. …but its important she doesn’t come back to MMA to sustain further brain damage just because then all the little girls wouldn’t be inspired.
Wasn’t she just trained in Judo until she started MMA? Where did all the early life concussions come from? Judo isn’t know for knocking you out cold regularly is it
Off topic - but didn’t Leben have the most impressive physical transformation throughout his career of anyone? He was pretty flabby on TUF but finished his career looking like he was carved from a piece of granite.
