Stipe going to lose but not because of his training. He’s going to lose because he’s past his prime, a prime that was never as good as current Jon Jones.
And my comment about MMA training was a general statement. I thought that was obvious.
In general, the mma world is full of some really stupid training ideas.
I am glad to see that Training Mask thing went away though. That was a hilarious scam.
