It had been really shitty until last night. But I blame the previous nights on relationship woes. In the past when coming off the weed and tobacco it was maybe tough the first night. But this time I had no trouble falling asleep doing my breathing work. But I would wake up maybe 4 hrs later and that was it. Would use the bathroom and lay back down and was completely fucked as far as getting back to sleep. Last night was the same. But after I laid back down I fell right back to sleep and got about another 4 hrs. It was amazing.

Good. You are in recovery now. Things not only get better every day but easier every day. Health engenders health.
I’m pretty healthy and rarely have issues sleeping but I just get into shitty sleeping patterns from working too late and eating/drinking too late in the day. Last couple nights I really sorted that out and it made a huge difference.
Try stopping all food and fluid intake 4-5 hours before bed. You will sleep deeper and won’t get your sleep broken from needing to piss during the night.

Nah. The pissing will still happen for me. But as long as I get back to bed it’s all good. Yeah, I’m really good about not eating too close to bed, when I’m not stoned. Haha

The under card here was initially solid, but two fights have fallen off, including the co-main, Madrimov fight. So, no it is bad under-card now.
