Most of the Card was like Coker’s Strikeforce and Bellator Prelims/Postlims where they consist mainly of Local gyms/fighters and less experienced fighters
There were a few UFC/Bellator/LFA vets though
Did not see ALTA adds playing all over like last event had
Improvement in pacing and most everything over the 1st event
Mauricio Alonso who KO’d Josh Koscheck in Bellator and then lost a 3 Round Decision to current Bellator MW Champ Johnny Eblen fought.
He lost by 2nd Rub and retired. He is 44 years old and had not fought since that Eblen Dec 3 years ago but got a nice send off in front of his students
It’'s at the Tech CU arena down the road from the SAP
You can tell they are trying to start smaller than Strikeforce cause Strikeforce went straight to SAP which is much bigger venue but this promotion is starting smaller and more local which is probably a good idea and the fight card reflects it
