Guy is pretty jacked and hes a black belt. I think Id get crushed unless I can gas him out. Has anyone rolled with him?

I have not.
He’s a black belt of Dean’s, he’s enormous, decent all around game but primarily a top pressure guy.
Depending on the rules I might have a shot, but in a five or 8 minute match he probably beats me 2-0, unless he does dumb shit passing which I doubt he does.
Sub only no time limit it’s maybe a bit more interesting, but he probably still gets me eventually if I can’t get on top. I’m barely 88kg now though, taking that guy down or sweeping him would be a very, very difficult task

I’ve rolled with Jocko a ton back in the day. I came up with Dean myself, under Fabio. It was never a fun roll.

I could be wrong but I think more like 240.
There’s a video of him rolling with Monson (WC Trials 2003 I think) and he’s comparable size IIRC

No chance if I’m being honest.
Same age same rank generally (not counting stripes) but he’s much bigger and stronger. His Jiu-jitsu is also very high level so not even saying its just the size, which is of course the bjj back handed complement.
He also doesn’t seem to have increasingly useless shoulders and knees, which is very impressive.
I suspect to get anything out of a roll with me, he’d have to cut his output. To what extent, Im not sure…possibly more than I’d like to admit.

He says no, but his size at his age and the aforementioned lack of big injuries make me suspicious. He could be a complete genetic outlier, but I would say that he’s on at least HRT is more likely than not.

yeah. there’s levels to gear.
rogan swears he’s natty but is then happy to list all of the replacement therapies, experimental/fringe treatments he’s under, obscure supplements he takes, etc.
