I don’t know anything about what Jcko does, I just know a lot of guys on TRT that will tell you they “don’t do steroids, PEDs, etc.” and they truly believe that they’re being honest.

I can understand people wanting to be private about it but I will think less of someone who lies about it.
I’m very fit and 54 years old. When people ask me about exercise, nutrition, how I stay in shape I tell them what I do and that includes mentioning TRT.
It’s kind of unfair to tell another middle aged man to put in the work without telling him I’m putting in some injections too.
