Jamahal Hill recently signed a contract for his UFC return.

The former light heavyweight champion did not reveal the name of his opponent or a specific date, but fans on social media are speculating that “Sweet Dreams” is likely to face either Jiri Prochazka or Jan Blachowicz.

“I’m cleared, I already signed the contract,” Hill told Sportskeeda MMA. “We’re good to go, we got the date. Should be announced soon. I’ve been slowly progressing back into [training] over the last few weeks.”
Ankalaev and Rakic are fighting at UFC 308 while Oezdemir and Ulberg will collide at UFC Macau. Krylov is booked and Rountree Jr. is coming off facial surgery after losing to Alex Pereira at UFC 307. In addition, Hill already stopped Walker at UFC Vegas 48.
That leaves Jiri Prochazka and Jan Blachowicz as the only available opponents.

The 33 year-old Hill (12-2, 1 NC) injured his knee earlier this year and has not competed since losing to Pereira at UFC 300 last April. Coincidentally, Prochazka and Blachowicz are also coming off losses to Pereira, making them a good fit for Hill.

Expect an announcement in the coming days.
