Jack Della Maddalena needs a fight
You can tell he wasn’t liked that much by the UFC otherwise he would have been offered an immediate rematch which is standard for a champion with multiple defences that they have warmed to.
Since he only likes to fight once a year (when he has a choice) don’t expect to see him back until the middle of 2025 at this rate.
Maddalena, Brady or even a Covington rematch would be a good next fight IMHO.

5 round decision snoozefest would not get even a “liked” ex-champ an immediate rematch…but I agree he wasn’t much liked by UFC brass.
WW division needs someone interesting to get the belt. JDM or Ian Garry would probably be UFC hopes, though I suspect there are holes in their respective games that might prevent that from happening. Shavkat is the likely guy, hardcores will appreciate him…UFC will have to hope he catches on for the regular fans.
