AI ranks top 10 athletes of all time; JBJ makes the list

I called Shannon Briggs Shannon Ritch in a post just a few back, I’m clearly losing my god damned mind and no one should listen to me ever again lol

When you have one of the most generic names in the world and you dominate the search results, you know you’re somebody.

I’m going to jot “Is losing his damned mind” in my spreadsheet.

AI is fucking stupid and coded to be left pro-activist, progressive leaning.

I’ve watched a lot of combat sports and Ali, nor Jon Jones is even close to the GOAT.

Even someone like prime RJJ smoked both of them if you actually watched him. Watch that man in his prime against B-hop, Toney and everyone esle he matrixed. He was a walking miracle with gloves.

On the eye test alone he blows both of them out the fucking water.

someone doesn’t know what the word “coded” means or how AI works…

Jones spent almost a decade hardly finishing a fight, and his most recent 2 finishes have been against sub-par competition.
The previous era LHW killers who defined his peak run were generally either on the downside of their careers, or a different version of themselves due to injury.

Jones is the best LHW ever.

But when people try to call him the GOAT and especially when they try to assert that he could beat all these elite HWs – even though he has not once fought one of them anywhere near their peaks – I’m simply not having it.

I don’t want to talk about Jones.

I disagree.

I am very certain he would have gotten stomped at least a couple times.

He wasn’t as dominant vs guys closer to his size.

Yes, artificial intelligence (AI) is essentially coded with algorithms, which are sets of instructions that tell the computer how to process information and make decisions based on data, allowing it to perform tasks that might typically require human intelligence like learning, pattern recognition, and problem-solving.

I’m with you on that

But, I will say…as someone who puts Fedor as the GOAT HW and has deeply studied both of those guys games…I’m very, very happy those two never actually fought to prove who was better one way or the other

And he avoided HW because he knew he would lose.

Ok, I’m done.

Before OSP and Gus failed runs at HW prevailing wisdom was the tougher fights were at 205, for most at least

Agree about Jones.

But RJJ?
I think he’s one of the best and most gifted ever at his peak.

But Ali was every bit of that in the arguable best era for HWs.

The thing here is though, when you say size, we really just mean height, right?

Because he wasn’t a big LHW. He cut less weight than Tito, Rampage, DC, Chael, ect. He was 215-220 in the cage, not even cutting 10% of his bodyweight which is the minimum buy in for most guys

Ali was great but no man on earth was prime RJJ… winning titles from MW all the way up to HW.

He’s a fat guy at heavyweight. He weighed in at 237 against Stipe and he had dadbod.

Fuck man…

Every time you start to make some kind of sense, you turn around and jump on your weird ego high-horse again.

Thanks for the analysis, peon.

Their peaks didn’t overlap.

My money would be on Fedor.

He wouldn’t sit back and play hesitant patty-cake like Stipe just did.
And Fedor had the hips to avoid a lot of what Jones does for takedowns.

Dammit…
I’m talking about Jones again!

Stop it.

Fedor does have a few things going for him there.

He uses blitzes similar to Machida who found good success.

He’s one of two people in MMA history I think could hang with Jones in the clinch.

Intentionally ending on agreement point so we can both stop talking about Jones because I hate him and saying nice things about him hurts my soul lol
