I’m an Arlovski fan, so needless to say I’ve seen all the highs and lows.
But that Fedor fight killed me man. Genuinely though Andre was gonna win that, and even as the fight started I thought fuck yeah, Arlovski looking a cut above Fedor here.
And the next minute Arlovski is face down.

I know Fedor is an all timer and probably the GOAT HW, but I truly believe Fedor pulled that one out of his ass. He was looking genuinely bamboozled by Arlovski’s striking, then the pitbull goes and makes it easy for him, got carried away, went for a flying fucking knee and ate a power shot mid-air.

I haven’t seen the fight in forever so maybe we both need to rewatch it but I remember it looking way worse the first time I watched it but later realize he rolled with everything and wasn’t getting pieced up like I originally thought

Was depressing as fuck seeing Fedors career go the way it did. Same with Anderson. Theres basically an entire second half to Fedors career that is him getting KTFO by jabs and shit. It sucks.

Same in hindsight I wish Fedor had just retired after the acquisition of Pride.

Arlovski is a better technical boxer and has been working on it for longer.

Not saying Fedor couldn’t win, but the rules and gloves don’t really favor his style.

Good thing all that matters in the end is whose hand is raised! Arlovski could of looked the best he ever has but in the end he was sent to another realm!

I’d like to see Fedor box Randy if he’s doing it at all and I think Randy is 75 so that’s not happening.

Crazy as it is I think Randy out points him even old and aslong as he avoids any direct shots.

Fedor vs Randy boxing 10-15 years ago would have been a fun fight to watch.

Basically boxing with shorter rounds.
