A video posted on social media showed of a recent confrontation between a streamer named Ac7ionman and the CEO of F3 Energy, Harrison Rogers, that went viral.
What starts as some kind of dispute over a contract and potential legal case escalates when Ac7ionman repeatedly makes fun of Rogers and claims that heās going to sue him for putting his hands on him, with video evidence.
Things immediately take a turn once, of all people, Quinton āRampageā Jackson exits the bathroom to see what all the fuss is about.
Ac7ionman then leaves the room double quick whilst Jackson attempts to understand what just happened.
āWho was that? Iām trying to take the hardest s*** of my life, I hear some m*********** come on, look at me, Iām sweating my a** off.ā
The streamer then returns to the room, continuing to shout and scream about the lawsuit that heās going to file, only for āRampageā to walk towards him, usher him back out of the room and close the door on him after getting a few insults of his own in.
āGod damn, dudeās annoying as f***ā
Fans React After āRampageā Jackson Puts A Swift End To Viral Beef With His Presence
The combat sports world has had an interesting relationship with streamers and the way that they conduct themselves.
On this occasion, the fans on social media were happy to see how suddenly, this somewhat awkward and cringe-inducing exchange was ended by the emergence of āRampageā, who was able to escort Ac7ionman out of the way without doing anything.
āLegalize beating the shit outta live streamersā
Did anyone here think Chuck would win the rematch based on how their first fight went? Ordered this event and watched with some people very new to UFC. They thought Chuck was invincible and could not believe how adamant I was with the prediction that Rampage would win.
I didnāt but Chuck was the favorite at the time I believe and the forums definitely thought Chuck would win. The narrative was that Rampage had been a shell of his former self since Wand2/Shogun and Chuck was better than ever so Dana was setting Chack up for easy revenge.
Chuck always thinking he could win made fights great to watch.
That is a great point. Chuck had all the confidence maybe overconfident but like you said it made every fight he had exciting because he was going for the kill that he was so sure he was going to get even if he didnāt get it.
That logic makes it easy to see why Chuck thinks he has a shot against anyone and was so interested in the hypothetical Jones fight when talked about a potential Prime vs Prime. Even if he is the dog, he isnāt in his head and it was admirable and entertaining to watch.
But to this threads point Rampage put a crack in the Ice and every time he took a shot on his chin after it showed the effects of it.
Literally anyone lol.
PC: Is Chuck Liddell at heavyweight a realistic option for you in the future?
CL: Well itās possible, yeah. Fedor is supposed to be the best heavyweight in the world. A lot of people rank him as the best heavyweight and I watched him fight and I think I match up well with him. Heās a little shorter than me, he walks around 230 for weigh-ins and I would walk into the ring about 218, so I would be giving up 15 pounds or so, but thatās not a big stretch.
From my memory it was close to even money and I lost a big bet on Chuck
Edit: Rampage was +200
The night/morning before the fight, I had a buddy call from the strip club. He said Chuck is here half asleep. This was 4am Las Vegas time. He said there is no way he is going to do good in the fight.
We put a bunch of money on Rampage and it worked out. That dude had some great strip club stories that could be its own thread.
Thatās really interesting I knew some people at the fight and they told me something similiar. That they saw Chuck walking around the Casino at the same time around 4am-5am the day of the fight looking rough. They immediately went to bet on Rampage because it was not a good sign. Funny your story lines up with what they said all those years ago.
Rampage didnāt break Chuck, Chuckās style broke him⦠Chuck would take some hard shots just to get back to his feet. Itās what made him so hard to keep down. That shit adds up over time and I think it was obvious by the time he retired.
Now, that isnāt to take away anything from the fighters that beat Chuck, but when you from being known for having a granite chin to being knocked out four fights in a row before retirement thereās a reason, and it aināt cuz of one guy.
I donāt think Rampage broke him so much as just had his number.
It was likely a combination of age and mileage that did Chuck in.
That is crazy.
I felt like a traitor betting against Chuck. My buddies kept saying, āfook that drunk motherfooker.ā We made enough to cover all our expenses.
This is from another thread and the reason I felt guilty:
I was at the after-fight party the night Chuck fought Renato Sobral. This was when he still had āthat look in his eyes.ā
He was nice to everyone, super chilled out, but should never get into the āmodern trash talkā business.
I have been through several relocations since then, but I will try to find the box of pictures from that night. Was a great era for mma fans.
When I get more time, I will post about being at Coyote Ugly with Matt Hughes and my buddy telling Matt we bet against him.
Oh man!
The last time I went to a Coyote Ugly, one of the bar tenders invited my drunk ass up onto the bar. I donāt remember why. What I do remember, however, is that I fell off the son of a bitch and broke my fucking arm.
I didnāt even get a āSorry we broke your shitā tag team beej afterwards.
I watched at a paked Buffalo wild wings, i was the only one routing for rampage, i even wore a dumb ass chain and everything.
Classic. And no t-shirt. lol
