This is my fight from Streetbeefs West Coast 41. Technique was subpar, but i got the win. Should have done a lot better given my experience level vs his. Constructive criticism and crude humor welcome.
He shouldnt be fighting
Agreed, OP should definitely not have given up his job as gloryhole attendant to do this.
He signed on the line
Looks like your jab and uppercut worked well. A young Shane Carwin with those uppercuts.
Looked good. That guy has zero formal training. Did he actually hit you at all. I saw maybe a jab, nothing consequential. OG represent.
He did actually. He hits pretty hard. I didnt see it in the video but i remember specifically he skipped one off the top of my head at one point that if it had landed flush on my face would have hurt a lot.
I can do both, thank you very much.
I saw you catching a lot with the gloves.
Yeah he was a newcomer but the only other person close to my weight. It was small event this time. I think there were 11 fights and usually there are twice that many. A friend told me when Tri Force weighed in he was told “you can fight clutch, he never trains.” Which is kinda true.
Should have been MMA rules!
I was trying. Because i dont train as regularly as i used to i have a bad habbit of dropping my hands and my movement isnt what it should be so i was concentrating on defense, trying to keep them up.
I always tell them i prefer mma but will take whatever they have for me. I really like leg kicking people.
I can do both, thank you very much
You sir, are a true Renaissance man
Jake Paul approves
I like the jab, upper cut, lead hook combo. Would probably work well with the inexperienced opponents mixing up the angles.
You going to fight again?
Yes. Next event at the hotbox is March. Might try to get to the smoke ranch sometime before then if i can swing it. Dont plan on stopping any time soon.
