The guy has been grinding and constantly fighting his whole life. Amazing what he accomplished. How many fights did Cain and Jds have before they fell off?

It took a few years and Gonzaga had declined. One of my favorite moments was Mirko winning their rematch.

Spent his career in the ring, then went to a cage when he was on the backside of his career.

I found him arrogant and unnecessarily cruel to fighters already beaten, sort of like chute box fighters. It is mainly his attitude I didnāt like. He is free to be himself and say what he wants, and Iām free to dislike him.
I did enjoy watching him fight even though I rooted against him

I remember when he was a member of Croatian Parliament, someone insulted Big Nog and Mirko WENT OFF on the person.
Said how Minotauro was run over by a bus as i child and wasnt expected to live, but not only lived but became a world champion. He literally said, āThis is a great man.ā
Some fighters need to be a certain way with the ppl they fight, then afterwards its all love.
A good example is Topuria with Max before ajd after the fight. Some ppl have to be that way because they canāt fight someone they fully respect. So they have to create conflict; a reason to fight them.
