Islam has 100% surpassed Khabib tho. He finished Champ Olivera for his belt, not decision Al Iaquinta. And they Tie with 3 defenses. (along with Edgar, BJ, Benson)

All of those guys had longer winstreaks at LW in the UFC than BJ who couldn’t string together more than 3 wins in a row.
Notice how all you hear about from everyone post Khabib is title defences because it helps them cope?
Forget losses, winstreaks, dominance… it’s all about title defences even though half these guys got gifted title shots right away.
