I really loved both these guys during their respective competition days. Guy never got enough praise for his level of ability. He was truly an outstanding fighter. I felt for a long time that MMA would have advanced greatly if the implemented an amateur system that was a hybrid of RINGS and old Pancrase rules. Lots of very fun old matches in this rule set. I personally wish it was still around.

I had this dvd set where he did all his old matches. It was very fun. The Jason Deluca match where he was yelling “tell the truth Jason!” Was hilarious.

everyone should request a mezger interview on jaxxon
theyll do it, and he always gives great interviews

I still have that set I got it from Bas when I had him do a seminar at my brothers MMA gym.
