Frank Shamrock is the GOAT of his era who was blackballed by the UFC. Hope he makes it in the Hall of Fame one day and gets the recognition he deserves.

Frank Shamrock was the first true mixed martial arts fighter with real athleticism and cardio. He demonstrated the difference between amateur and professional fighters. Watching him dominate his sport was comparable to watching any luminary at the top of their game… Gretsky, Ali, Jordan, etc. And later, Frank’s losses illustrated just how fast mixed martial arts evolved and how much better the next generation was going to be.

Incredible fighter and instructor. He never covered alot of techniques just simple basics. He did a taped seminar years ago that was produced by a wrestli g company. Have never been able to find it.
