What I want to see is someone with a YouTube video breakdown channel is go through all the eyepokes, the fingers splayed in opponents eyes as he backs up or defends himself, etc
They are a very important part of Jones game. His fingers either poking or covering his opponents eyes
And if someone does I hope they include the clip of him eyepoking Machida while he’s on the ground.

Jones is on a list of several fighters I will not consider for greatness due to egregious fouling. Others are Andre Ward, Kostya Tszyu and Felix Trinidad.

Ward was more wrestler than boxer at times. Same with Wlad. It’s a shame Ward was never in a war like Wlad was to show if he really had it in him.

His most egregious fouling was using the head and he also used elbows. He should have been DQed in his first title fight (against Kessler). It was a fucking disgrace. He just headbutted Kessler until he was bleeding everywhere and couldn’t see.

I forgot about the head butts, I don’t recall the elbows. Another guy who loved to headbutt was Hopkins. Also I remember Ward attacking Kovalev’s nuts multiple times
